The location was excellent with plenty of outlets from which to charge devices! The staff were friendly, especially the older lady at the desk who was competent and very kind.

The towels were tiny and slightly worn! Be prepared to keep your pet with you, as they shouldn't be left in the room alone.

Particularly good and comfy location, I loved almost everything.

This hotel met expectations! The breakfast for a diabetic. The room itself was reasonably large and brand-new and with the bathroom and AC, as example. The staff was affable and excellent from the moment we arrived...

I was prepared to be wowed, but it was the total opposite. My shower head didn't work, and they shuffled me away to a room that was far from satisfactory. I also expected a reduced rate for all the inconveniences, but alas, nothing. How charming, right? This place is tragically mismanaged and honestly quite sad.

Modern hotel, I loved its particularly good location.

The room was reasonably large and well-kept, the hotel was fairly clean. Booked a room in good condition. The staff were accommodating and exceptionally nice and knew their area. Breakfast for a diabetic. It was fine time in Jacksonville.

The hotel is conveniently situated near the university and a familiar Huddle House, perfect for grabbing a bite after exploring the local parks and landmarks. Plus, the staff was very friendly, especially the older lady at the desk who was quite helpful .

Filthy first room with bedding on the floor!!! The internet is unreliable and not accommodating when multiple guests face the same issue. Outdated decor suggests more attention is needed to cleanliness!!!

I had a fun family outing with my cousin at the local zoo, which has over 750 animals and is great for kids. The hotel was conveniently located.

In my wife's opinion, the beds were really uncomfortable and not suitable for a family stay.

I enjoyed my stay with clean rooms and a super comfy bed. The outdoor pool was a nice spot to relax after a long drive, and there were plenty of outlets to charge my devices. Just a heads up, the fridge was a bit outdated, but it didn't ruin my trip 😊

This place was just an ideal choice for a weekend vacation in Jacksonville with good value. The housekeeping did a decent job keeping the place clean despite some lingering odors. Bring your own towels since they are quite small and worn out.
